This first time Seller is a well-established, rapidly growing, consumer lender that makes unsecured consumer installment loans, typically underwritten with employment data rather than traditional credit criteria, with repayment arrangements through payroll deductions, allotments, or similar.

The Portfolio consists of all unsecured, closed-end, consumer installment loans that have been charged-off either due to delinquency or bankruptcy (BK) through March 2023. The Accounts have never been outsourced for 3rd party collections.

At this time, the Seller is seeking to establish long term partnerships with one or more National Charge-Off and BK Purchasers as demand for its products continue to grow.
