The Sale Portfolio consists of 179 Charged-Off MCA Accounts with an Outstanding Balance of $5,903,515 and 22 MCA Judgment Accounts with an Original Award Amount of $1,035,121. All of the Accounts were obtained by the Seller in February 2021 directly from the Issuer. Seller is retaining the inventory in several states in their entirety and reselling all remaining inventory (Charge-Offs and Judgments).
